The house is located right next to the Passail outdoor pool. In a few minutes you can also reach the beautiful market square with numerousrestaurants and inns. Guests can put their bowling skills to the test at the neighboring Gasthaus Hulfeld.

Tip: The Passail leisure lake is located a few meters after the town center next to the 18-hole golf course and the Passail leisure camp. On hot summer days, you can cool off perfectly in the beautiful lake . The little ones are also well catered for with a slide, sandy beach, water park and raft . A large playground, a soccer pitch, tennis courts and the curling hall are right next door.

Also hikers are also welcome at the bed and breakfast - the house is located directly on the Mariazell pilgrimage hiking trail. Other hiking trails are in the immediate vicinity.
