Vacation cottage Kienhofer

Our cozy farmhouse was built in 1723 and rebuilt and renovated in 2010. It is situated in a very quiet location at the head of the Pretschgraben valley, our working farm is only 200 m away.

On the first floor there is a large entrance hall, a kitchen, a living room, a bathroom and a separate WC. In the well-equipped kitchen there is an electric stove, a dishwasher and a fridge with freezer compartments. On the 1st floor there is a 2-bed room, a 3-bed room and a large anteroom.

You will find a coffee machine, microwave, blender, cooking and eating utensils, cutlery, glasses, salt, sugar and basic spices. Bed linen and towels are also provided.

The house is heated with a log heating system (wood gasifier for self-heating), underfloor heating and radiators, which also heats the hot water.

Activities:

Popular activities in the area include cycling, tennis, bowling, swimming and hiking. The Teichalm ski area can be reached in approx. 20 minutes. The Bärenschützklamm gorge is a 5-minute drive away.
