The cozy and modern furnished vacation home is idyllic and quiet. The ideal accommodation to unwind and get away from it all. It was extensively renovated in 2018 and is approx. 30 m² in size, making it ideal for 2 people.

Equipment:

There is a large living room and bedroom, a fully equipped kitchenette, a separate shower, an extra WC and an anteroom .

In the morning you can enjoy the sunrise with a cup of coffee and in the evening the sunset with a glass of wine, relaxing on the large terrace in front of the house. Bed linen, towels, tea towels and cleaning materials are provided during your stay. There is a covered parking space for your car. If you would like to bring your pet with you, please let us know in advance.

Numerous walking and hiking trails await you in and around the Almenland. You can reach the Sulamith Gardens or the Graf distillery in no time at all. Culinary delights are also provided for, whether it's a Almenland fish at the Karlwirt, an excellent steak from our award-winning chef Stefan Eder or a sweet temptation from Eveline Wild - there's something for everyone. Golfers won't miss out here either and can reach the Almenland golf course in just 12 minutes. You can reach the district capital Weiz in 15 minutes and the capital Graz in 60 minutes.
