Our specialty is freshly caught trout, bred in pure spring water - nature you can taste. As an ALMO gourmet restaurant, we will of course also spoil you with ALMO dishes. The vegetables and herbs for these dishes are grown fresh daily in our own garden. With our culinary offerings, we offer the products of our Almenland. In this way, we strengthen our region and make it tangible for our guests.
