Smoked meat, meat

The finely smoked, multi-award-winning smoked meat rests and matures for three weeks in an in-house pickling process. This allows the incomparable taste to unfold, which is often lacking in fast smoked meat.

Delicious, daily fresh, mainly pork products such as smoked meat, Mostbratl, smoked sausages, meat spreads etc. are known and loved far beyond the region.

Styria Beef

Styria Beef achieves its high quality through the species-appropriate husbandry of the cattle. The animals are fed exclusively on herb-rich Styrian pastures. But even in winter, the stables offer a friendly straw bedding area. Organic feeding and slow growth make Styria Beef particularly tender.

Whether it's a juicy steak or a classic burger, Styria Beef has something for every taste. The meat is also particularly low in fat and cholesterol thanks to the organic feed and natural farming, but is also rich in high-quality protein, minerals and vitamins, making it a healthy meal for gourmets too.

Potato

The Huber family offers 10 different varieties of potatoes for sale - either in local stores or at the farmyard sale in Fladnitz.

You are welcome to visit the farm store on Mondays and Tuesdays from 8am to 12pm and from 3pm to 6pm and on Fridays from 8am to 12pm.

The potatoes are also sold as "Huber's Chips" - they are sliced, deep-fried and sold at various events - and the farm's own beef is also often marketed as catering in the form of "Almbörger".

Almenland hay

The "Almenland organic herbal hay" comes from a special region of Styria, which is characterized by a still intact natural landscape.
At an altitude of 1,000 to 1,200 meters above sea level, countless alpine herbs give this hay its incomparable taste. Due to the natural fertilization, many fragrant herbs grow, which no longer have a place in mass production. The entire farm has been organically farmed and regularly inspected since 1994. The right feel for the weather during haymaking and the careful use of machinery make the "Almenland organic herb hay" a tasty treat for all rodents.
