The kitchen motto is down-to-earth and tasty.
House sausages, farmhouse bread, spreads, original Rauchstuben smoked meat, typically Styrian tastes best. Our smoked meat is sourced only with salt and spices and smoked for a week in the Rauchstube. Herbs and ingredients from our own garden refine our specialties. The famous crispy potato sausage with roast pork and sauerkraut is available to order in advance.
