Down-to-earth gourmet restaurant in Haslau

In the family home built in 1722, the craft of cooking is passed down from generation to generation and you are treated to a mixture of traditional Kulmer recipes and Far Eastern fish specialties. From family celebrations, dinners for two, business lunches and dinners, to drive-throughs on motorcycles or bicycles: the Kulmers welcome anyone in search of good fish. Four cozy rooms are available for overnight stays in the Bürgermeisterhaus.

The fish smokehouse was opened in 2009 and has an area of approx. 3,000m². With just 35 employees, it processes around 800 tons of raw fish, trout, char, salmon trout, salmon, catfish and carp according to the highest purity standards.
