The family business is located 500 meters outside of Fladnitz/Teichalm at 750 m above sea level in a sunny, quiet location surrounded by forest.
The comfort rooms are equipped with

The newly built apartment (42 m²) offers you a combined living-dining room with kitchenette and sofa bed for 2 people.
The separate bedroom is furnished with a high-quality box-spring bed. South-facing balconies are accessible from both rooms.
An extensive breakfast buffetwith regional products awaits you! Drinks and snack service.
A cozy parlor and lounges as well as a spacious sun terrace with launch area and deck chairs are at your disposal. There is an indoor and outdoor swimming pool nearby. The ski and hiking bus as well as our SAM cab service and a myriad of hiking trails start directly at the house.
