Oswald/Schaffer vinegar factory
Vinegar from fruit & herbs
The small vinegar factory is housed in an old farmhouse dating back to 1799 and is idyllically situated at 750 m above sea level. After a burnout, Beate Oswald and her partner started producing vinegar on her parents' farm. Together they have acquired extensive knowledge about vinegar production and processing. Today, a variety of tasty vinegars are created from the fruits and herbs around the farm. In the vinegar factory, only regional products are processed according to old traditions.
The farm store is open daily from 9.00 - 16.00.
The products can also be purchased via online stores.
Guided tours
During a tour of the production cellar, visitors learn all about the production of the various award-winning vinegars. They learn about the differences between the vinegar types and varieties. You will also learn why the natural orchards of the nature park are so important for production. A selection of the vinegars is then tasted.

- Duration approx. 1.5 hours
