Horse-drawn carriage rides on the Teichalm
Romantic rides through the winter landscape
Whether as a romantic couple or with the whole family - a winter fairytale comes true on a horse-drawn sleigh ride through the snow-covered winter landscape at Almenland! You ride along the Mixnitzbach stream towards the Tyrnaueralm, a very special and unforgettable experience for young and old.
- Day trips: 11.00 - 15.00, duration approx. 45 minutes
- Prices: € 30.00 for adults & € 20.00 for children
- min. 4 persons, max. 6 persons
- Horse-drawn sleigh ride for 2 people incl. sparkling wine: € 120.00
- Meeting point: Hotel Teichwirt - Teichalmsee
Rides take place on the Advent weekends. Registration by telephone between 5 and 7 pm on +43 664 41 39 127 is necessary!
In very bad weather, the horse-drawn sleigh ride may be canceled for the safety of people and animals.
As long as there is still no snow, we will temporarily travel by horse-drawn carriage . As soon as there is enough snow, we go by horse-drawn sleigh!

Horse-powered alpine experience
Let's enjoy the vacations together! On the following dates you will have the opportunity to get to know our horses up close, learn about horses and have fun with them! Afterwards, accompanied by horsepower, we will make our way to the alpine adventure park! Work out, eat comfortably and be creative. Then our horses will pick you up again and we'll head back to the meadow together
