The world of the Stoakogler
For more than 50 years, Reinhold, Fritz, Franz and Hans - "Die Stoakogler" - have taken their music out into the world. Now you can visit them in their home town of Gasen. In the Stoani House of Music there are many interesting and amusing stories to discover about the Stoanis' working and private lives, as well as about the entire music scene. Experience the unique career of the "Stoakogler", one of Austria's most popular folk music groups, in a completely redesigned exhibition:

Guided tours
In the experience exhibition, visitors immerse themselves in the 50-year music history of the Stoanis. The highlight of the tour is the in-house Multi Media Show, a modern film experience in a cinema setting on four screens, supported by modern lighting effects. There are over 40 display boards and an audio station.

The Stoanineum
At the Stoanineum, the Styrian harmonica is taught according to the successful and proven Michlbauer method. In addition to the harmonica, adults and children also learn the hammered dulcimer, guitar, double bass and various wind instruments. The courses are for all age groups (students from 7 to 87 years!) with simple and quick learning methods.
In addition to regular lessons, vacation seminars are also offered. You can join or drop out at any time! Inexpensive rental harmonicas for beginners can also be borrowed here.

Music-making workshop
learn the Styrian harmonica
In this varied workshop you will get to know the Styrian harmonica. You will learn your first exercises and your first piece of music with the teacher. In addition to the practice sessions, you will receive a tour of the Stoani House, a loaned harmonica and learning materials. Additional lessons or practice offers can be booked on site.

The workshop is suitable for all age groups (from 7 years) and you do not need any musical knowledge or previous musical experience.
