Education is a fundamental pillar of the Nature Park's strategy. Schools are an important partner in the implementation of our work. Education is the foundation for our next generation to grow up. We are proud of our Nature Park schools and their daily work in the classroom. Learning together with all senses, open forms of learning to promote creativity are some of the many principles of our nature park schools. The quiet location in the middle of nature promotes an understanding of nature and the inclusion of the environment in lessons is a matter of course. We see our nature park schools as indispensable partners in the implementation of our nature park strategy!

Nature Park School Elementary School Arzberg
Arzberg is located away from major thoroughfares and offers complete relaxation thanks to its quiet and peaceful location. Arzberg is a popular starting point for relaxing hikes through the surrounding mountains. Hikes through the natural wonder of the Raabklamm gorge are particularly attractive. The old silver mines have been converted into a much-visited show mine. Other attractions include the local history museum and the Stubegg ruins, where the famous castle plays take place in summer. With its location in the middle of the nature park, the school offers the best conditions for nature-oriented teaching.

As part of the village community, we try to live tradition and customs. We promote musical and creative activities as well as sport and exercise.
