Directions
This mountain bike tour starts in Mixnitz, which is also easily accessible by train. The tour leads around the Hochlantsch and the Red Wall and also reaches the Teichalm and the Tyrnaueralm. The mountain pastures in particular, with their gastronomic offerings, are also ideal for a break.
The first part of the route leads along asphalt roads to Breitenau before taking the "old Russenstraße" up to the Teichalm. The route continues over the Zechner Moor to the Tyrnaueralm before taking the toll road down to the village of Tyrnau. The last section of the route leads over the Heuberg back down to the Mur cycle path.
The kite tour is open from May 15th to September 30th!
