Opened in 2018, this tour with many great viewpoints finally connects the district town of Weiz with the alpine nature park Almenland. The mountain bike route, which is also ideal for e-bikes, leads from the starting point in Weiz up to St. Kathrein am Offenegg at 1,000m above sea level in three different variants (with more or less asphalt stretches). These different routes also enable a varied circular route Weiz - St. Kathrein - Weiz. An "extension" leads from St. Kathrein am Offenegg up to the Brandlucken.
Along the way, there are a wide variety of excursion destinations, the great cultural offerings in Weiz and many shopping opportunities. And of course many places to stop for refreshments, especially in St. Kathrein, but also on the Brandlucken or in Arzberg.
