Spring fresh competition

In keeping with our "Spring-fresh awakening in the Almenland Nature Park", we are looking for your spring moment. Whether on the mountain or in the valley, whether spring-fresh cuisine or a snapshot of the harbingers of spring. It should be fresh, colorful, new, kitschy...simply spring-like!

The winning photo will be chosen from all entries - and there's a € 200 Almenland voucher to be won!

And this is how it works:

• Send us your spring photo from the Almenland in good quality (at least 1 MB file size)
• Submission from April 01 - 28, 2025 
• to the e-mail address almenland (at) oststeiermark. com
• with details of the photographer (first name & surname)
• A jury will evaluate the photos and select the winning photo (winner:in), which will be announced at the beginning of May

The winning photo is also part of our spring-fresh campaign and will be shown and promoted at various events. By sending us your photo, you agree to this and the associated conditions of participation.

By participating in the competition "Spring Fresh Competition from the Almenland Nature Park" organized by the Almenland Nature Park Tourism Initiative and Almenland Regionsentwicklungs GmbH (as operator of the domain www.almenland.at), participants accept the terms and conditions of the competition:

• To take part in the competition, a spring-fresh photo from the Almenland Nature Park (8 Nature Park municipalities) must be sent to almenland (at) oststeiermark. com.
• The submission period is from April 1 to April 28, 2025 inclusive. All photos sent in before or after this date will not be considered in the competition.
• The winning photo will be selected at the end of April and the winner will be contacted by e-mail. The winner with the winning photo will also be presented online.
• The prize is an Almenland voucher worth € 200.00, which must be collected by the winner from the Almenland office in Fladnitz/Teichalm.
• Winners will be notified in writing via the e-mail address provided when entering. Legal recourse and cash redemption are excluded. No correspondence can be entered into regarding the competition.
• Winners agree that their name and location will be published.
• Undeliverable or unclaimed winnings expire on June 30, 2025.
• Participants agree that their data will be processed and stored electronically; this data will not be passed on to third parties. This consent can be revoked at any time.
• The participants assure that they are the sole authors of the submitted photos and agree to their publication on the Internet and in printed matter.
• Austrian law shall apply exclusively and the place of jurisdiction shall be Vienna.

Photo rights

• The photos must be sent with the photographer's details (first name and surname)
• The winning photo is part of our spring-fresh campaign and will be shown and advertised in various appearances (online & print).
• All rights to the photos are held by the Almenland Nature Park Tourism Initiative, the Eastern Styria Tourism Association, the Almenland Nature Park and Almenland Regionsentwicklungs GmbH and may be passed on to third parties and partners.
• The rights are unrestricted in terms of time and territory.
• The copyright (name of photographer) is indicated.
• The photos may also be used for other purposes after the end of the campaign.

Communication on social media - Important note:

The winner will only be contacted by e-mail! Please do not respond to other requests and notifications in the portals to register on sites or similar! The competition is in no way connected to Meta. Legal recourse is excluded and cash payment of the prize is not possible. Personal data will only be processed for the purpose of determining the winner and will be deleted after the prize has been successfully handed over.
