The 92m² apartment consists of a first floor and an upper floor. 

On the first floor there is an entrance hall, a bathroom with shower, a separate WC, a fully equipped kitchen and a conservatory with underfloor heating and seating. There is also a living room with TV and a seating area.

Upstairs there is a bedroom with a double bed. A crib can also be placed in the room on request. In the large anteroom there is a sofa bed where 2 more people can sleep. There is also a bathroom with shower, bathtub and WC on the 1st floor. 

Smoking is not permitted in the entire apartment. Dogs are allowed on request. 

The apartment is perfect for (young) families. It is located in the municipality of Passail, more precisely in Plenzengreith. In just a few minutes you can reach the Schöcklwhich is perfect for a hike or mountain bike trail tour. The heart of the nature park, the Teichalm and Sommeralm, are also easily accessible by car.
