Panoramic circular trail on the Hoher Zetz
Varied summit tour on the Hoher Zetz with a magnificent view over Eastern Styria to the Pannonian Plain.
The starting point is St. Kathrein am Offenegg with a wealth of places to stop for refreshments and excursions: first-class food, in the chocolate shop Eveline Wild's chocolate shop, taste delicious chocolates, visit the Sulamith Garden of Sissy Sichart or discover the secret of the fine brandies of Michael Graf! St. Kathrein is also a member of the "Styrian Flower Route" and is known for its lush floral decorations.
The Vogelbeer hiking trail and the Mühlental circuit lead around the village. The large Styrian panther, a work by Almart artist Sascha Exenberger, who creates his imaginative figures from horseshoes, greets you as soon as you enter the village. A further five figures can be found along the hiking trails.
Start/finish: town center of St. Kathrein am Offenegg
Parking: in the town center or at the Kathreinerhaus
