Circular trail to the last watermills

The highly decorated, idyllic flower village of St. Kathrein am Offenegg is the starting point for this hiking trail along the last mills.

A short, ideal tour with a starting point and refreshment stop at the Karl-Wirt.

There were originally 20 mills in the Lambach Valley, through which the mill trail runs. Today there are still 2 foam mills (Lambachmühle and Grabenflorlmühle) and one operational mill: the Winkelbauermühle. Guided tours are also available here.

Before or after the hike, you can take a walk through the village or along the "Duftweg" trail right by the church. Just above St. Kathrein, Sissy Sichart's wonderful Sulamith Garden is well worth a visit!
