Feistritz Valley Railway

The Feistritztalbahn is one of those railroad lines where you can still experience vintage rides like in the old days. The steam locomotive snorts as it pulls the old passenger carriages from the railroad's early days. Without haste and hurry, far away from everyday life, the train crosses a particularly scenic area of Eastern Styria. The bold construction of this narrow-gauge railroad with numerous bridges, viaducts and tunnels provides many rewarding motifs for every amateur photographer. To make sure that you don't miss out on something to eat and drink, the train always has its own bar car, the "Bummelzugschenke".

Timetable for the Birkfeld - Anger route:

Our historic steam train is used, to which a maximum of 4-5 carriages can be attached.

On all travel days, the "Bäckerei und Imbiss B72" in Koglhof offers food and drinks for passengers during the turnaround breaks.

Due to the limited space available, reservations are required!
