Once through the Almenland Nature Park

The route begins at the Stoakoglhüttewhich is known for its down-to-earth cuisine, but above all for its alpine breakfast. From there, you head up to the Plankogel, which rewards you for the initial exertions with its panoramic views.
If you want to fortify yourself on the way, the Haberlstall-Alm or at the Stoahandhütte where the fresh food is well worth a treat.
After a refreshment stop, it's on to the next summit, the Heulantsch, which connects the Teichalm and the Sommeralm, which are made up of around 125 alpine pastures in total.

Then it's downhill towards Teichalmseewhere you will also find the moorland nature trail is also located here. Here you can learn a lot about the flora and fauna in the last mountain pine moor in Austria. There are also several establishments that invite you to recharge your batteries after the hike, such as the mountain pine hut and the Almgasthof Teichwirtdirectly on the Teichalmsee. These establishments also tempt you with regional dishes and homemade pastries.
