Enjoying Nature on Two Wheels

The “Landpartie am Radl” takes you on a scenic loop around Fladnitz an der Teichalm. Along the route, you’ll be treated to magnificent views of the Passailer Kessel and the surrounding mountain landscape time and again. As you pass by well-maintained farms, you’ll learn how closely agriculture and nature Almenland —from livestock and fish farming to dairy production, herb cultivation, and beekeeping.

A special highlight of the tour is the Almenland Leitner in Tulwitz. Here, high-quality hay milk is used to make the cheese that is then sold in the Almenland . With a little luck, you can tour the dairy by appointment.

To conclude, the route takes you along the Almenland Golf Course, one of Austria’s most beautiful golf courses. Back in the center of Fladnitz, cozy restaurants invite you to enjoy a well-deserved break with regional fish and beef specialties.

Road conditions

The bike ride through the countryside follows mostly paved country roads and side roads. Short sections run along easily navigable field and forest trails.
