Herbst Vacation Rental

Our 48-square-meter vacation apartment can accommodate up to 4 people. It consists of two bedrooms, a living room, a small kitchen, and a bathroom with a shower and a separate toilet. There are also two balconies offering a beautiful view of Fladnitz an der Teichalm and the hills of the Almenland region. The apartment faces west and east, allowing you to enjoy both the morning and evening sun.

The apartment is located in the heart of the picturesque Almenland Nature Park. The surrounding area is ideal for hiking, winter sports, family outings, and bike rides.

Within walking distance, you'll find a local grocery store, several dining options, an ATM, and an e-bike rental service (during the summer months). A wider selection of shops and additional restaurants are just a few kilometers away.

In winter, the Teichalm is a great destination for winter sports , and the drive there takes only 15 minutes. After a three-minute drive, you’ll arrive at the golf courseand the Passail recreational lake, and in 45 minutes you’ll be in the state capital, Graz.
