Passion, Innovation, and Exceptional Flavor
With great care and expertise, our farmers produce fresh, regional delicacies on their farms. Raw ingredients provided by nature are gently transformed into high-quality food and gourmet products. Meat, bread, pasta, honey, vegetables, herbs, chocolates, and fine brandies—fresh from the nature park—are sold in farm shops and retail outlets and served up on plates at our Almenland .
The Almenland Association consists of 30 farmers who supply retail outlets and restaurants in the region. Many farms welcome visitors to observe their work and offer guided tours and tastings. So that you can take the flavors of the region home with you, the products are alsosold directly from the farms; in addition, you can order them through the producers’ online stores.
Simply great.
These farm-fresh specialties are a true taste of home: from beef—which derives its special quality from extensive farming and alpine pasture farming—to cheese, honey, eggs, and pasta, all the way to fine brandies, herbal products, and regional sweets. Everything is produced in a way that preserves nature and strengthens the regional economy.
These are the members of the Almenland Association, which bears the Almenland seal of quality.
