After getting some exercise in the fresh air, rustic huts and inns invite you to warm up and enjoy regional delicacies.

Please note that sledding on the natural sledding runs and designated sledding trails is only possible when there is sufficient snow. With that, Almenland stands in the way of a fun-filled winter day in the Almenland Nature Park.

Pirstingerkogellift Toboggan Run, Sommeralm

Winter fun for the whole family on the natural toboggan run at the Pirstingerkogel Lift on the Sommeralm! After a hearty celebration at the HoldaHütt'n or a cozy get-together at the snow bar, a thrilling toboggan ride down into the valley awaits on the natural toboggan run. And if you’d like to skip the climb back up, your best bet is to book the “Uphill Sledding” option, where the sleds are pulled back up by a snow groomer. An unforgettable experience full of fun, camaraderie, and winter joy for young and old alike!

You can rent sleds right at the HoldaHütt'n.

Teichalmlifte Toboggan Run, Teichalm

A winter adventure for the whole family awaits you on the natural toboggan run near the Teichalm lifts! The little ones will have a blast in the Kids Area, while the magic carpet makes the trip back up a breeze. After a thrilling descent, the cozy Liftstüberl is the perfect place to warm up and relax. Perfect for anyone who wants to combine winter fun with a cozy atmosphere!

There is a sled rental shop right at the Teichalm lifts.

Holzmeisterlift, Sommeralm

The Holzmeisterlift at the Sommeralm also has something for tobogganing fans of all ages. You can toboggan to your heart’s content along the edge of the slope, while the children’s lift makes the ascent easier. The lovingly designed Kids Area offers games, fun, and plenty of winter joy. Right next to the slope, the restaurant invites you to stop in for a cozy break—perfect for a relaxing winter day with the whole family.

There is no toboggan rental on site.
