Our specialty is fresh-caught trout, raised in pure spring water—nature you can taste. As an ALMO gourmet restaurant, we naturally also treat you to ALMO dishes. The vegetables and herbs used in these dishes are harvested fresh daily from our own garden. Through our culinary offerings, we showcase the products of our Alpine region. In doing so, we support our region and bring it to life for our guests.
