A good meal is balm for the soul! Enjoy a leisurely breakfast,lunch, or dinner at the Brandlucken. Whenever possible, the kitchen uses regional ingredients —the tender beef is ALMO from the alpine pasture, and the fresh trout comes from the neighboring village. After your meal, coffee and cake or a homemade “Lärcherl” are the perfect way to round out your meal. Certified sommelier Simon Bauernhofer will recommend the perfect wine to pair with your meal from our well-stocked wine cellar, including premium selections from the “Selection Bauernhofer” range.
