Our cozy farmhouse was built in 1723 and renovated in 2010. It is situated in a very quiet location at the head of the Pretschgraben valley; our working farm is just 200 meters away.
The ground floor features a large entryway, a kitchen, a living room, a bathroom, and a separate toilet. The well-equipped kitchen includes an electric stove, a dishwasher, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment. On the first floor, there is a two-bed room, a three-bed room, and a large entryway.
A coffee maker, microwave, blender, cookware, dishes, silverware, glasses, salt, sugar, and basic spices are provided. Bed linens and towels are also included.
The house is heated using a log-burning stove (wood gasifier—for heating the house yourself), underfloor heating, and radiators; this system also heats the hot water.
Activities:
Popular activities in the area include biking, tennis, bowling, swimming, and hiking. The Teichalm ski resort is about a 20-minute drive away. The Bärenschützklamm gorge is a 5-minute drive away.
