Our chefs, Alexandra and Otto, know exactly how to conjure up a perfect blend of time-honored delicacies and delicious new takes on classic dishes . We love to use herbs and salads from our own garden, as well as meat, eggs, pasta, and much more from our farmers in Eastern Styria. To complement your meal, we offer a wide selection of Styrian white and red wines, as well as, of course, fine red wines from Burgenland. We also source our non-alcoholic juices and nectars, schnapps, and fine brandies from ourAlmenland Naturpark .
