A star in the "Michelin Guide"
The Michelin star is awarded only to the very best restaurants. Based on an evaluation of five criteria, the ZeitRAUM restaurant, led by Executive Chef Stefan Eder, impressed the judges and secured one of the highly coveted stars.
In addition to the star for "a cuisine full of finesse," the restaurant was also awarded the so-called "Green Michelin Star," which is given for sustainable practices.
