The Kellerstöckl vacation home features a bedroom for two people, a kitchen with a dining area, a living room, and a bathroom with a shower and a washing machine.

The renovated farmhouse is divided into three vacation rentals :

• The Falkenbach Apartment can accommodate up to 4 people and features a bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with a single bed, a pull-out sofa in the dining and living room, a kitchen, a bathroom with a shower, bathtub, and washing machine, as well as a separate toilet. 
• Forstwald Apartment on the top floor, sleeps up to 4 people, bedroom with a double bed,dining and living room with a pull-out corner sofa, kitchen, bathroom with shower and separate toilet, balcony
• Rosegg Apartment on the top floor, sleeps up to 4 people, bedroom with a double bed, dining and living room with a pull-out sofa, kitchen, bathroom with shower, washing machine, and separate toilet, balcony

The farmstead, with its rich history, is believed to have stood on this site since the 13th century, though its history can be documented without gaps only from 1772 onward. With its amphitheater-like terrain below a former village, the farm earned the colloquial name “In der Grub.” Even today, the farm is still known—after its current owner—as “Heide in der Grub.”
Thanks to its location, the farm offers a completely relaxing getaway. Take walks on the grounds and hike along the Falkenbach stream; the Feistritztal Bike Trail is easily accessible nearby, as are Birkfeld, Anger, and Stubenberg am See. It’s also a great starting point for reaching the Sommeralm and Teichalm via the pilgrimage site of Heilbrunn.
