This cozy and modernly furnished vacation cottage is situated in an idyllic and quiet location. It’s the ideal place to unwind and take a break from everyday life. It was extensively renovated in 2018 and measures approximately 30 m², making it perfect for two people.

The apartment features a large living and sleeping area, a fully equipped kitchenette, a separate shower, an additional toilet, and an entryway .

In the morning, you can enjoy the sunrise with a cup of coffee, and in the evening, the sunset with a glass of wine, while relaxing on the large terrace in front of the house. Bed linens, towels, dish towels, and cleaning supplies will be provided during your stay. There is a covered parking space for your car. There are numerous walking and hiking trails waiting for you in and around the Almenland. In no time at all, you can reach the Sulamith Gardens or the Graf Distillery, for example. Culinary delights are also on the menu—whether it’s an Almenland at the Karlwirt, an excellent steak prepared by our award-winning chef Stefan Eder, or a sweet treat from Eveline Wild—there’s something for everyone. Golfers won’t be disappointed either—the Almenland is just a 12-minute drive away. The district capital, Weiz, is a 15-minute drive away, and you can reach the state capital, Graz, in 60 minutes.
